On the morning of September 07, 2015, H.E Hell Tony, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority, participated in the meeting to publicize the Notification No. 1003, dated 02 September 2015, of the Council of Ministers on the provincial summary report on land division for citizens living in zone 3 of the Kompong Thom Province, under the auspices of H.E Yim Chhay Ly, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Council of Agricultural and Rural Restoration in Kampong Thom provincial hall.​
