Activities on Data Research and Collection on Solid Waste Regeneration

​From 07 to 09 October 2015, H.E Khov Meas, Deputy Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority, led the working group of Tonle Sap Authority to Tmor Dob Village, Sambuor Commune, Monkol Borey District, Banteay Meanchey Province, to make a research study and collect data based on the regeneration of solid waste. The team met with communal council, village chiefs and people who lived along Tmor Dop River, by conducting interviews and other inquiries related to health, hygiene, and especially solid waste management regenerated every day by those who lived in Tamor Dob Village, Sambuor Commune, Monkol Borey District, Banteay Meanchey Province. The team also presented the purpose and research in several provinces around the Tonle Sap Lake in the past, which this focused on environmental pollution.
