Participation in the Consultation Workshop on Planning on the Package 2 of Decentralized MRC's Core Function for the Year 2016-2020
On 10 November 2015, Mr. Sar Kimsan, Director of the Department of Administration, Planning and Cooperation, and member of the Technical Working Group, participated in a national consultation workshop on planning on the Package 2 of decentralized MRC's core function for the year 2016-2020 at Sihanouk vill. The main purposes of the meeting are to: (1) update the progress of the implementation of the decentralization of core functions in the ongoing Phase 1; (2) demonstrate the Implementation Plan and to simultaneously understand the decentralization of core functions for 2nd package, agreed for 2016 to 2020; (3) to update the progress of the preparation of activities of core functional in the National Directional Plan for the years 2016-2020; and (4) to show the common framework for the monitoring and the assessment requested by the MRCS.
