H.E Hell Toney, Secretary General, to Lead the Meeting on the Cooperation on the Preparation of the Forum on Tonle Sap Environmental Conservation Project

​On the morning of December 15, 2015 in the auditorium of the secretariat of Tonle Sap Authority, H.E Hell Toney, Secretary General, led the officials of the working group a meeting with the Japanese team from JICA headquarter and the research officers from Tokyo Institute of Technology and ITC on the cooperation on the preparation of the forum on Tonle Sap environmental conservation project. The meeting discussed the concept of the document of the project implementation, including: (1) objective, (2) output, and project implementation structures, (3) benefits to the ministries and agencies, and (4) expect contribution by the ministries and agencies. After completing the mission, JICA and ITC team will prepare a join log for the member ministries participating in the Joint Coordination Committee to implement the projects, and approve the results and project implementation documents.​
