Workshop on Publication of Instruction of Tonle Sap Authority Strategic Plan 2016-2020 and the Action Plan 2016

In the morning of January 20, 2016 in the auditorium of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, there was a Workshop on Publication of Instruction of Tonle Sap Authority Strategic Plan 2016-2020 and the Annual Action Plan 2016 of the General Secretariat of Tonle Sap Authority under the auspices of H.E Hel Tony, General Secretary of Tonle Sap Authority and High Representative of H.E Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology and Chairman of Tonle Sap Authority. The workshops took place in a period of 1 day, with the participation from leaders, Directors and Deputy Directors, Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of Bureau and all officials under the supervision of the Secretariat of Tonle Sap Authority, in totally of 96 participants.
The Purposes of the workshop today focused on the following key points:
- To publicize about a 5-year strategic plan of Tonle Sap Authority for 2016-2020 and the Annual Action Plan 2016, which was adopted and put into force
- To discuss and exchange work experiences to promote the successful implementation of the plan
- To provide further guidance about the procedures and methods to carry out effectively the planning process.​
