H.E. Khov Meas, Deputy Secretary General, to Attend the Public Forum in Banteay Mean Chey Province

​On March 11, 2016, H.E. Khov Meas, Deputy Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority and member of the National Working Group of Banteay Meanchey province, attended the public forum in Koy Meng commune, Mongkol Borei district, Bonteay Meanchey province, under the auspices of H.E Sorn Sithon, Secretary General of the Ministry of Planning and head of the Provincial Working Group of Mongkol Borei district. The forum was attended by district council chiefs and commune council chiefs of Koy Maeng, Koy Maeng communal chief, representatives of local authorities, armies, police and local villagers. H.E. Chief of the Meeting conversed and presented the main objectives of the public forum, previously organized and the results achieved by the National Working Group and the Provincial Working Group who had been investigate in the past. The team went and checked the location of the dam sluice of the intersection of Sisophon and Mongkol Borei rivers which will be implemented in 2017.
