Participation in Public Forum with lower National Level at Ratanakiri province
From 29th September to 2nd October 2014 at Ratanakiri province; Mr. Pem Sea, Deputy Director Department of Commercial Exploitation and conservation of Tonle Sap Authority with officer who representative of H.E. Hell Tony, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority attended to the meeting on Public Forum with under National Level, people who lived O’ Choum district, Bor Keo district, and meeting with NGOs such as Civil societies, Associations, Development partners at Ratanakiri city which led by H.E Ly Tuch, senior Minister in charge especially mission of Gov, and as chairman of the under National Task which has member ministry and institution, also participating from working group at level of province, district, Commune, and other people.
H.E. confirmed that, meeting participation and preparing Public Forum with under National level, with people who lived in O’ Choum, and Borkeo district, and meeting working with represented Civil society, community, and development partner at Ratanakiri City to announce about government’s policy, comment and people’s request with Civil society organization meeting which is important to get a lot of problem from under level that is no solution clearly for them to believe.
Particularly, this Public Forum found that, there are many problems which happened across O’Choum district, 12 cases and 11cases was happened at Borkeo district. H.E senior minister who has responsibility on working group, accepted these request to solving and handed over to Provincail department, units, institutions around province and represented member ministry of working group at national level to explain people and to solve the problem that happened in a particular local according to their skill. For some problems which is complicated and cannot solving immediately; H.E. senior Minister, chairman, accepted these problem to find other solutions form the best to the people.
