H.E Ing Kimleang research on the production line of Pickled Fish , Fish Price and Fish Sauce as the Second Step in the Fishing Season 2014-2015

​From 23rd to 30th December 2014, H.E Ing Kimleang, Deputy Secretary General of Tonlesap Authority, led the technical Team of Tonlesap Authority to follow up the monitoring on the production place of pickled fish (Prahok), data collection on the amount of pickled fish producers, fish sauce businesses, fish trade and the data of the Vietnamese buying fish from fish lots in Phnom Penh and Kandal Province. This study was to further the comprehension of pickled fish production places, techniques, sources, producers who make pickled fish in medium and big family model, productivity and export markets and data compilation on fishing yields in fish market (Rai).
